If the owner of a page is viewing it, they need a menu option that takes them to a page for security credentials. They should be able to set the general Privacy and Protection of the page and then set exceptions from the list of users. Can each user be assigned permission roles, like Author, Reader, Blocked?

New permissions section allows security settings for the page and then specific users. Each user has the options to Read & Edit, Read Only and No Access.
