On viewing a project the Add to Watchlist action appears in the right menu. As the user is not logged in, it would make more sense to remove this or replace it with New Ticket, View Reports, Search, etc.

Fixed in commit 920e467874da649d7335f94552759897fca1df85.

Also added link to view all open tickets to fill the void as there would otherwise be no valid action to be taken.
