Use projects as user option/state to only show one project

Projects should be selectable by any user so that their ‘current’ project is what shows in all page views. i.e. when creating a ticket, that project will be auto-selected, when searching tickets the results will only show tickets for that project. The name of the project should also appear in the title section somewhere - possibly instead of the ‘mende project’ image that is currently used.

For a logged in user the selected project can be stored against their name in the database. It will be checked at each page load and the results filtered as required.

For anonymous users, the project name can be set as a $_SESSION variable. It will obviously then only affect that single user and be temporary.

Applying the project as a filter will allow for more attachment to a project for return users and give the opportunity for hosted services.
