The UI is somewhat confusing when some of the form controls appear to be within a table. Compare the addition of a device form to that of the Admin settings UI. The Admin UI is much cleaner and better positioned.

Need to move all simple form buttons to be outside of any related table.

The exception is where the form button is directly related to content on that table row. e.g. the Device Groups and User UIs.
